Q: What types of businesses do you work with?
A: Small businesses (under 100 employees), startups, and nonprofits in NH and VT, focusing on HR consulting, administrative support, and special projects.
Q: Do you work in-person or remotely?
A: Both! We primarily work remotely but offer select in-person services for businesses in NH and southern VT.
Q: What are your business hours?
A: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST. We respond to emails within 24 business hours.

Q: What if I have an urgent request outside of business hours?

Q: What does your HR consulting include?
A: HR services cover compliance, employee relations, handbooks/policy development, onboarding, and general HR advisement, but we do not provide legal counsel. (For a full list of HR services, send us an inquiry)
Q: Do you handle payroll processing?
A: Yes! We assist with payroll setup, processing, and compliance but do not provide tax filing services.
Q: Can you help with recruiting?
A: Yes! Recruiting is offered as an add-on service. Contact us for more details.
Q: Do you offer long-term support or retainers?
A: Yes! We offer ongoing support through retainer packages for businesses needing consistent HR or administrative assistance. Retainers provide priority access, predictable costs, and a set number of hours per month.
Payments & Pricing
Q: How do you structure pricing?
A: Offerings include hourly, project-based, and retainer pricing depending on your needs.
Q: When is payment due?
A: A deposit is due upfront, with the balance due within 30 days of the invoiced date (or per the invoice schedule, with a net 7 discount of 5%).
Q: How does billing work?
A: We send invoices based on the agreed payment schedule. Payments are due within 30 days of the invoiced date unless otherwise specified (with a net 7 discount of 5%). Accepted payment methods include Credit Card and Check.
Late payments may incur a fee after 14 days.

Q: How do I get started?
A: Submit a message via our Contact page. We will send you a New Client Questionnaire and schedule a free consultation to gather more in-depth information.
Once we gather more details, we will draft a proposal and Service Agreement for your review and signature. After that, we’ll schedule a kickoff meeting to begin!
Q: Is my business information confidential?
A: Absolutely. We take confidentiality seriously and ensure all client information is handled securely, following best practices and compliance standards.
Q: Can I refer other businesses to you?
A: Yes! We offer a referral program. When a business you refer hires us for services, you’ll receive a reward. Contact us for more details!
