Katie Brown, PHR
Katie is a third-generation small business owner with over 20 years of experience in business administration and Human Resources. She has worked across diverse industries, including non-profits, retail, healthcare, and consumer goods startups, bringing a wealth of knowledge in leadership, operations, and employee engagement. Katie holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Southern New Hampshire University and is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
Throughout her career, Katie has worked with organizations to streamline HR processes, enhance workplace development, and ensure compliance with multi-state employment laws. Her expertise spans payroll, workflow efficiency, policy development, training programs, and much more. Originally from the Seattle area, Katie has called New Hampshire home since 2011.
Based in Concord, NH, Katie is passionate about championing small businesses and helping them thrive. Outside of work, she enjoys life with her French bulldog, Chicken, and exploring all that New Hampshire has to offer.
